2. Submit 2 photos, 1 Face Profile and 1 full length and email copies to matrimonial@daralnoor.org

3. Make a donation check to MAV for the amount of $25.00 dollars (non-refundable)

4. Mail the application and Photos to:

5. If a potential match is found, MAV will contact both parties for verbal permission to show photos.

6. The application will remain open till; you call and inform us to close it.
